Rich and delightful

(I'm coming back to review everything 8 months after purchasing.) This is a complex and stunning scent, incredibly similar to the original. When I first purchased, this was slightly sickeningly fruity - like jam that's been left out in the sun too long, it kind of gave me a headache. After 3 months of maceration, this is absolutely beautiful! The main different is in the dry down, it's delightful on fabric (masculine vanillic leather) but dries to a vague leathery cologne-y-ness on my skin, but that's preferable to the og which smells a bit sweaty with my chemistry. I adore this as a room scent too, 2 sprays on a bouquet of fake flowers (lol) and my room is scented for the entire evening.

Stunning

An absolutely gorgeous fragrance. Totally unisex leaning a little feminine but in my opinion that keeps fragrances from feeling generic. The plum and peach notes are lovely and fresh but the leather keeps it from going too sweet and juvenile. New daily wear.

SO GOOOOD!

The plum and peach give this such a ripe, juicy opening and then over the coming hours it dries down to the vanilla and leather of old books (paper is made with cellulose and lingnin and as lingnin breaks down and ages it turns into vanillin which is why old books have a vanilla like smell).

Incredible

Me and my hubby have fallen in love with this perfume.

Fruity plum opening that fades into a stunning soft, slightly leather bookish scent.

We will be buying a full 100ml bottle when we finish this 50ml one
