Do you have a shop front?

We are an online business only currently.  We do have open to our customers usually monthly on a Saturday where you can try and buy on the day. Please reach out to see when the next one is scheduled.

How do I contact you?

What are Shipping costs and times?
The Dupe Spot offers Shipping Australia wide for $12.50 flat rate.

Australia Post are our current carrier.

Please allow us 48 hours to pick and pack your order. Once your item has been shipped,  It all depends on our delivery partners on how long it gets to your location. 





Do you ship international?
We are currently in the process of training to be certified to handle and ship dangerous goods which is required by customs. Once this is complete and we are confident we execute this correctly we will be shipping to most countries via FEDEX. This will be announced on our website and socials then, likely in March 2026.

 
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via; VISA, MasterCard, Paypal (pay in 4 available through Paypal). Unfortunately, we don’t accept cheques or money orders.


What is a duplication designer inspired fragrance?
A duplication Inspired by fragrance smells  close to the original but are sold at a fraction of the price, while we strive to provide the closest match we are not responsible if you have a difference of opinion so please keep this in mind when purchasing as with any duplications.
Legally we are not allowed to say we sell the same exact perfume, and we can’t use their brand names as our own, that is why we list our products with the words 'Duplication of' and are identified by numbers.
Please be aware that it is not possible to replicate an exact copy of a designer fragrance.


Can I change or update my online order once order has been placed?

Due to workload we dont allow changes to be made once order has been placed. 

Do you offer refunds?


Subject to the rights granted to you under Australian Consumer law all perfumes and home fragrances are considered final sale. Due to the made to order nature and health and safety reasons returns are not accepted.  We do not accept returns based on change of mind or differences in personal opinion. Our perfumes are sold as duplications and priced as such not the original creations, they are as described. 

We suggest trying our 10ml sizes where possible if you are unsure if the products will be for you. Please consider these terms when ordering.

If an items is received damaged or faulty please contact the team to discuss the process of getting this replaced for you which may involve us getting the item sent back to be inspected /fixed by our team. We reserve our right to request the item to be returned to us for inspection and to fix if applicable. 

All of our products are tested and made to Australian standards, we are not responsible if a certain product does not work for you or you are sensitive to the product.

 Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email (please ensure you enter your email at checkout) with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post or Sendle website.  Please check the using the email you used to order with .
